Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim eased past Youth Club of Manora 3-0 victory in the GFA First Division League on Saturday.

After a goalless first half, Selton Fernandes broke the deadlock in the 50th minute, calmly finishing to give Cavelossim the lead. The advantage was doubled 20 minutes later when Kanchan Kiro found the back of the net with a composed strike, before Sam Moura sealed the win in the 80th minute with a clinical effort.

Cavelossim’s discipline at the back ensured Manora rarely threatened, while bookings were shown to Aliton Furtado and Dravid Fernandes for the victors, and Atif Shaikh for Manora.

Meanwhile at Poriat ground Pilerne SC and Goa Velha played out a goalless draw.
