Guardian Angel Sports Club secured a hard-fought victory over Sesa Football Academy in the GFA Goa Professional League clash held at Duler Stadium, Mapusa. The decisive moment arrived in the 77th minute when Joel Barreto netted the solitary goal of the match.

Despite Sesa FA's confident start following their previous 4-0 triumph over Young Boys of Tonca, they struggled to convert their early chances into goals. Umang Gaikwad tested Guardian Angel SC's goalkeeper, Oswin Rodrigues, who responded with a commendable save.
